I had a question about the card Only Human:

Only Human (MVL-262R)
Plot Twist, 2
Target opposing character loses and can't have flight, powers, and keywords during the combat phase this turn.

When I play this, can my opponent play his character's power in response, or does it lose powers before he can respond?


Also, a question about Deadshot:

Deadshot, Floyd Lawton (DCL-164R, DJL-119R)
Character, 2, Secret Society, 3/1, Range
Remove Deadshot from the game >>> KO target character with cost 3 or less. Use only during the combat phase and only if you have ten or more cards in your KO'd pile.

Does Deadshot have to be in play, or can he be in your hand?

1. yes
2. In play because his text is not active, unless stated on the card, in your hand.

for only human... they can activate in resonse to the effect...

its part of a chain

for dead shot... he has to be on the field...

cards have no effect while they are in the hand unless otherwise Specified.

Does Only Human stop stuff like the Joker's powers?

unless they can stun him outside th combat phase... of course... :))
