There's I hate Magic and I still hate magic, and even a Black Panther that loosely references Shaman King. Yu-Gi Oh appears in the art for Franklin Richards from MOR.

If anyone ever played Wildstorms CCG back in the day, there are some card types that are the same in both games (Wildstorms was one of the templates for vs, especially formations):

All of these were card types in Wildstorms and had similar effects to their vs counterparts:

plot twist
equipment
location

Some names that are the same:

Cover Fire (both add defense)
Call in a Favor (both get characters)

I knew that it had similar origins..or at least VS was inspired by Wildstorms, but I missed that there were similar card names.

Random Punks doesn't really count for what I'm talking about, though it is in the same vein. I'm looking for specific game names. Like if a card was called "Wildstorms" for instance. Or if there was a card called Stret Fighter or something like that.

Eureka was the name of an Event card in the Doomtown card game and symbolized the town's dog, which was killed by Spike Dougan, who was promptly dispatched by his fellow Blackjack, appropriately named Black Jack, and then they came back from the dead, both Eureka and Spike Dougan. (Man I love that game!)
