The event started a bit later then expected as we where waiting for a player to show. We decided to pair before he arrive and as luck would have it he recieved the bye.

We had a total of 7 players which was a bit below normal but it was because some of our regulars didn't have a complete deck.

We played a total of 4 rounds and at the end
it was

1st - Alex
2nd - Mike
3rd - Daniel
4th - Warner

I played IG concealed as it was easy to build and the deck i wanted to play was unavailable at the time. I felt the deck had a good chance. I also had some good draws as apposed to some of my opponents who simply missed some if the important drops.

The most amazing moment of the day was warren with a turn 7 lex luthor 5 drop with 47 Counters on him. Thats right his 5 drop was at 54/54 on turn 7.

Almost everyone was hoping for 2nd -4th place as they prefered the promos for that slot.

Rep for you for taking the time to capture that on video. That's awesome. Warren played that at Game Empire and it was cool to see. It's a good thing there was no Red Shift...lol.

How does he get Lex that big, out of curiosity?

Having 4 Research and Development against Off-curve helps.

Even more powerful imagive him having 4 R&D and a team attack of 4 characters swinging at him and he plays flying high.

he got 16 counters with that one card. and he did it twice in one turn

He needed to save that Fastball, lol.
