OK, I am posting because I think an acceptable amount of time has passed. Below you will find a rough timeline of my experience as gleamed from my PM records which I can provide.

Darth Maul accepts my offer of $75 for a DCL playmat and playset of At Your Service. He later stated that he thought it was only for 1 playmat and 1 card, but the paypal noticed clearly stated that the payment was for 1 playmat and 4 cards.

After I PMed him about how 3 cards were missing he said he misunderstood and would get the remaining 3 cards.

He PMs me to say:
i got another for you, i will be playing on sunday, and should be getting the last one i will need your address again so i can mail out monday
To which I promptly resent my address.

He says he shipped the 3 cards.

After repeatedly checking with him through February, the next major update at the beginning of March:
i honestly just dont know i am involved in about 5 trades that havent gotten to their destination 2 which i havent recived and all were supposedly shipped all around the same time, i dont know if it because of that or just that most of them where int trades
I continued sending emails to check on things including one on 3/10 and 3/30. There has been no response. During this time, I also posted on his previous thread, however he insisted it was simply slow shipping so I chose to wait until the 8 week mark.
In total since the original trade was accepted on 12/27, I have waited for my cards for over 3 months. Since he claimed to have sent the other 3 cards, it has been 2 months/8 weeks which I consider to be more than enough time to have cards shipped. Especially considering that the first shipping of a playmat AND a card took only 1 week.
Considering these factors, and the lack of communication, I would not be inclined to trade with Darth Maul again.
Hey there. I have a very similar problem right now. I have done 2-3 successful trades with darth a few months back, however the latest trade has had some issues (it's also the trade that has the most amount of money cards on both ends). It's been about 2 months and according to him he sent out 2 different packages of cards (none have arrived whatsoever). He claims that there's some problem with the post office, and that the nearest sorting place is about 2hours from his town.
Anyways, he hasn't replied any of my PMs the past couple of weeks. He most definitely has been online and his last activity's just yesterday.
by the way, i do have 3 of the pms that states what the deal is and what time it was, if anyone wants me to post them out.
oh, apparently darth maul has some similar issues like this before. and right after he started to gain back the people's trust. this kinda thing happens again. =/
well, i'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt for now since he has actually done 2 successful trades, however his last activity was just an hour ago and still no word from him. if this keeps up by midweek, i'll start neg ref-ing like kingdom come.
btw damanlord, half of the previous closed thread's more on ppl arguing amongst themselves. so it's quite stupid i might say.
I havent been to this site in about a year, just popped in for the heck of it and look what I found. let me lay it on the line for you new people:
Darth Maul is a ripper and possibly the biggest online scumbag in existence. A year ago we agreed to do a collection trade and he ripped me, luckily I had insurance so I lost nothing. Around the same time he ripped several other users off, then eventually he signed on here and claimed his account was "hacked"
Some schmucks believed him, others did not, so he probably did a few legit trades to fet his rep back up and now hes ripping again. Stay away from this dirtbag at all costs.
