cards finally sent even though short 1 and replaced with another....

You really shouldn't post people's full address in forums. Aside from that, it sucks. I hope you get what he owes you.

I am just amazed that people actually believe this crap.

If you send something in a trade, you ARE responsible for making sure it gets to the recipient.

There are a few ways to do this:

1) put a tracking number on it
2) get insurance for the package
3) don't be so cheap that you consider not doing either 1 or 2
4) do the trade through escrow

The sender CAN have Federal Mail fraud charges filed against them for failure to deliver if the Post Office loses their package. The burden of 'proof of delivery' resides solely with the shipper.

Protect yourself and others...send with a tracking number and/or insurance...or be willing not to trade with people who refuse to do this.

ok, so heres the deal, I have long since traded away some of the cards that i sent u the first time, and i have been trying to re-collect htem for the past month and a half. I should be able to get the final dayton manor back tonight and will send out wednesday morning. However, if I do this, WILL YOU LEAVE ME THE #### ALONE!!!


totally classy guy... admits to trading the cards he supposedly sent to me and is now trying to get them back just to shut me up.... wow

still hasnt replied or sent them.....

He was online yesterday, actually.

still refuses to answer my requests for my cards after promising to send them... then posts today wondering whats going to happen at worlds.... yay i so hope he is there... its easier to get your cards when the person is right in front of you.

filed for mail fraud today and will continue to update my conversations with the US Postal Service as this continues.
