Sigh. Jason gets hopped up on Nectar with Haze, detoxes with some Echo Chrome, and gets infected by Dark Sector. We have first impressions of Penny Arcade's first video game, dissect Jason's anger for Dragon Quest, and dig up yet more cheap games to look for in the Bargain Bin.

I like the Bargain Bucket, and having picked Marvel Ultimate BAttles up in the pre-owned bin at my local GAME store, I have to say I agree with Jason. The game is fantastic and helped me get a slightly deeper appreciation of the Marvel Universe. But one question - Moonknight? Are you sure he's in it? I think I've unlocked everyone except Surfer, but I don't remember seeing him.
Do you have a favourite team of characters you like to use?
Regarding the Niko voiceover GTA IV story, you kind of touched on something that I think is the main point of his complaint. You mentioned that the only time voiceover actors get residuals is when the commercial airs on network TV. His voice was all over network TV during the media blitz leading up to GTA IV. However, since they just used clips from the game, they got around having to pony up any money for that. I'm sure he realized he wasn't going to see residuals from sales when he signed up for the gig
Even though I think it would be nice for them to kick down some extra money to him from the sales, you have to ask where to draw the line. Do all the actors get more money? Is it based on how many lines you have? What about the guys who developed the 3D character portrayal, aren't they just as responsible for Niko as the guy who reads lines?
BTW, another great show. This is the first time i've posted, but I've listened to all of them.

Welcome to the Arcade. You make a really good point there. It would just be nice if everyone involved got a bonus for the game selling more than a million copies.
