The reason behind this thread is that tomorrow I'm playing an old school Highlander tournament. (You can only have one of any card) Of course, any insanity text is treated as blank. It should be quite fun, and I've designed a few decks for it. But this thread isn't about that.

What about the opposite of Highlander- What if you could only build your deck out of 15 different cards? What I mean is that any card you play you have to play in multiples of 4. Furthermore you have to play a 60 card deck. So, really, it's just 15 different cards. What would be the best deck in that format? I thought it was quite obvious at first, but the more I think about it, the less sure I am. I think it would be OK to play army cards, but only in multiples of 4, obviously.
