Frog of Thunder
Plot Twist, 4
Play only during the build phase.
To play, discard a character card.
Target an opposing character. Reveal cards from the top of its controller’s deck until you reveal a character card with the same cost as that character. If you do, KO that character and put that card into play in the same position. Shuffle all other revealed cards into that deck.
The incoming card enters play non-stunned and ready unless otherwise specified, even if the outgoing card is exhausted or stunned. You ignore whether or not the incoming card has concealed.
I would just like to make sure I'm reading this correctly. If I target my opponent's concealed character and they reveal another concealed character, it goes into play in the visible area?
The purpose of that, I believe, is in case a concealed char was in the visible zone when you play frog, or a visible char got moved to the concealed. So you ignore concealed and just put the char where the first one was.

Seems like Dr. Doom and that damn Time Thief just found a new best friend. Especially with so many people cutting their higher drops down to smaller numbers.

If you dont find another character with the same cost in the deck you dont get to KO the character. Note the "If you do" in between the reveal portion of the text and the KO portion of the text.
The best thing about Frog of Thunder - if you have 2 of them in hand with the 4 drop Winter Soldier ( the one who gets the sniper counters )
Essentially you could make them bring in 2 other 4 drops, if you have the even initiative, you play Winter Solder . . . he plays, you Froggy then Froggy again, Winter Soldier gets 3 counters then you nuke their 4 drop, your 4 hits his 3 and so on and so forth . . . character advantage for you - It's a good thing!
