Cold Storage and Strongest one there is

I attack my opponents Hulk with a Crime lords character. My opponent decides to play Strongest One There Is targeting my crime lords character. He stuns his Hulk and targets my attacker for the KO. I then flip cold storage and remove my character from the game.

Is this legal and in the correct order?
