2x Losing The Argument
4x The Illuminati
4x Teen Supremes
4x Act of Defiance, Team-Up
4x Superhuman Registration Act, Team-Up
So, the plan is to drop Black Bolt and the Quantum Bands as early as possible.
With the Superhuman Registration Act you can get a massive amount of characters on the board. This is your mulligan condition, unless you get a quantum bands and a way to get Black Bolt.
I went with as many dual affiliated characters/free characters/large characters/generally awesome cards.
You don't usually have to worry about getting to the Quantum Bands, because with SRA and other mill/filtering cards you usually get it online on turn 5 which is your kill. I can usually get either Dawn Granger/Surviellance Pawn and Black bolt going wild with Teen Supremes by turn 5.
Some characters in this deck don't seem like obvious choices, but I went with lots of wierd choices purely because of the concealedness.
Professor X, Mutant Benefactor is stupid in an SRA deck.
The deck has only one loss so far against Infinity Watch. Dirty Tricks/Iron Man says lose.
Another deck this struggles against is MKKO, because Black Widow and Blade do not agree with Black Bolt, but if the gads of draw have been on your side, and given you a half decent one, you should be able to push the damage through and do just that few points too much for it.
Really the only way to refine the character selection would be to build and test it... Because it's such a long list of 1x's. Eyeballing hard to do effectively. Ideally you'd want everyone bringing a little more than a body and an affiliation, which it seems most do.

Correct, but I think I would much rather have an affiliation and a half decent effect than a different affiliation and a good effect. I think I have almost every affiliation in silver.
with the first build I had him at 18/18 without Quantum bands but the deck had no real purpose except having 42 affiliations in the deck.
After changing it around hes constantly 11 on turn 4 XD
Yes 62 is right Crunchy sat down and couted them all exept pro-reg and anti-reg
The first built didnt have any focus with as many affiliations as possible 42but the second accually was a bit more focused but only had 26 affiliations
