I don't think so, as I don't think it's a trigger. I'm not sure, though. It has the phrase "at the start of", but not at the beginning, and just seems to be clarifying when. I'd love to be definitive, but I can't. As it is, I don't think it's a triggered effect that goes off. If so, though, then MEX Nullifier should be able to negate it.
Bodyslide's return uses a delayed triggered modifier---essentially, the initial Bodyslide effect sets up a floating triggered power.

513.4b Delayed triggered modifiers act as triggered powers, except that they will trigger off the event outlined in the modifier only during the duration of the modifier.
513.4c A delayed triggered modifier does not have to start with “at the start of,” “when,” or “whenever,” but it will contain one of these phrases.
And as for "opposing," the controller of the triggered effect traces back to the controller of the initial Bodyslide effect.

504.2 The player that plays an effect is the controller of that effect. If an effect is triggered, the player who controlled the source of that effect as it triggered is the controller of that effect.
511.3 The source of a modifier from an effect is the card that generated the effect.
So, yes, Ultimate Nullifier can stop Bodyslide's return.
