I recently was talking to our local store owner about us not receiveing any kits. I figured he just either forgot to order them or didn't order them. I got a completely different story however. He said he had been ordering them & we haven't recieved them.
I am a little skeptical of course so I thought I'd ask y'all. Has anyone else had problems with this recently?
What can I do?
What can I tell our store owner to do?
Yeah, we didn't get any of the kits that had the Ultimate stuff in them. I talked to the guy that runs the store and he says he ordered them. He's a guy that I have no reason not to trust so I don't really know what the problem is.

I wonder how many of us there are. I also wonder if the kits were ordered wrong. I will call UDE & see what is going on.

You mean you didn't get the entire run of the Ultimates? That's like 3 or 4 kits right there. That is a major screw up on somebody's end.
All I have to say is ask the guy who orders to a) Show you the order history from the B2B website or b) Show you the email that gets sent as a confirmation whenever you place an order on the B2B website.
I don't remember a time when I or any other store in my area has ordered a kit and not received it.

He sometimes order the kit kind of close to last minute sometimes, and its usually then that we end up with a problem or a hefty delay.
I remember he said he ordered the first few but it could be that he stopped ordering them because our HL hasn't been very active for the past couple of months due to schedule conflicts and such. Regardless of why or how it happened, we didn't get any of the Ultimates stuff and I doubt we got the first MEQ kit.
Ordering close to the deadline could be problematic because OP creates their kits based on demand.
If the last kit run was 50... they will allocate maybe 60 for the next one. If all of a sudden more stores order the kit and put it over 60, the later orders won't get one, but that will reflect on the B2B site because he wouldn't even be able to order it.
But regardless of when he orders... if he put one in and paid for it... there should be a confirmation receipt both on the B2B website (it also has the tracking numbers for the shipment so you can track it) and a separate email confirmation.
If he can't show you either of those things... shenanigans.

Thanks Erik!
Erik I tried to contact Brandon Puterbaugh this week & he never got back to me. Usually he contacts me right back. Is everything O.K in that department?
I will ask our store owner today about the e-mail confirmation & the confirmation receipt on the B2B website.
Does UDE always send something out in order for us to know the kit is out? How long do we usually have to order?
UDE always sends an email solicitation for upcoming kits for all games.
I'm not sure if Brandon is still handling HL... email me at the website in my SoCal VS sig and I'll send you the email of another person you should try to contact.
