time platform "turns off" if the character is stunned, correct?

If a character i control is equipped with the leapfrog, do i still get to mill one card with the leapfrog's effect when the equipped character becomes stunned?

You get to mill the one card but none after that. Something about checking before the stun or something along those lines. Just think of the gems.

Time platform's power triggers at the start of the recovery phase, so if the character it's equipped to is stunned when all start of recovery phase powers trigger, you won't be able to use its effect that turn since a character and equipment on it have no text while stunned.
