Plot Twists (35)

4 Blind Sided
4 Busted Knee
3 Fatal Five Hundred
4 Internal Injuries
4 Legion of the Damned
4 Mobilize
4 No Man Escapes the Manhunters
4 Savage Beatdown
I don't know... that -3def actually becomes -0def if u play Busted Knee (-2def) and Legion of the Damned (-2def+FlightForAll), but that's good hidden hate. I found that sometimes Skreeeeeee! is better because an opponent doesn't get a chance to move the character adjacent to someone in the visible area for reinforcement.
-2 Mega-Blast
-4 Big Leagues
+4 No Man Escapes the Manhunters
+1 A Death in the Family
+1 Computo <> Mr. Venge, Hidden File
Maybe I'll take out 4 A Death in the Family for Big Leagues.
Fatal 500 stinks...run Call in a Favor Instead. I don't like DitF either, you don't care about their board you just want to smash face. I wouldn't even bother with a 7-drop, it'll never get there. Five against One is pretty sweet as is Contact.
If you're gonna play the "Bully Build" be a bully!
I played against a Green Lantern stall deck and won on turn 6 with my build. I boosted out Validus and smashed his 2-drop to death. I like Fatal 500 over Call in a Favor in Future Foes since it's really easy to pull off and my OPPONENT doesn't get to search (screw that). DitF works out nicely since you want to attack with everything. It's not exactly a good idea to let your opponent keep their board, so 8 KO effects is great. Also, I never drew DitF, so even if I replaced it with an ATK pump it made no difference. I'll keep the 7-drop just in case the game goes to turn 7/8 against stall.
Maybe I'll replace DitF with Lost in Translation or Blind Sided.
Also, how often do you actually get to use the Emerald Eyes?
I can actually play them quite often, it depends on what I have in hand. I have turns 1, 2 and 3 to recruit them, but turn 3 I have the option to Boost out Emerald Empress if don't have Tharok in hand. Most of the characters have a good Boost 1.
I'll have to try out Blind Sided in place of DitF, but reinforcement doesn't seem to hurt too much since they'll get burned anyways. Minus the DitF and NMEM this deck could be made for Silver Age.
*On turn 4, if I play Internal Injuries+Busted Knee+NMEM+Blind Sided all on a 3-drop I can deal 50 endurance... that's just from my 2/3/4-drops attacking.
I'd rather let go of the 1-drops.
I'd put in a fourth copy of Computo at the 2-spot.
Have a set of Fatal Five Hundred.
Put in Skree.
As far as this deck is concerned, Skree edges out No Man Escapes the Manhunters because with NMEtM the opponent has the chance to put the character back to the hidden area.
I think I'll put in a set of Altered History, though it isn't part of the theme.
I'll put in two more Persuaders.
I'll add a Computo at 5.
I'll put in a set of Cosmic King to ensure that I hit my drops.
