I am building a master list of keywords to use when designing cards.
I have all the "official" ones and have already collected up the following:
Accumulative: Whenever this character would be KO'd due to uniqueness, you may remove this character from the game instead. If you do, the accumulative text on this card applies to all characters that share the same name as this character. - Designer Unknown
Alliance Shift: <faction>. If you control a <faction> character when this card enters play, it loses it's affiliations and gains the <faction> affiliation. - Designed by icejaw19 and martiangreeny
Burst Limit: When your endurance is equal to 7 or less this character gets +X/+X where X is equal to this character cost. - Designed by JoseG
Costly—<type>: To recruit/play this card, you must discard a <type> card. - Designed by Luther Bob
Detect: this character can attack hidden characters. - Designed by Luther Bob
Energy Attack X: Remove X Ki counters from this character. Stun target character with cost less than X times two. - Designed by HeraldofDoom
Escape: When this card is KO'd, return this card from your KO'd pile to your hand - Designed by cassius335
Eternal: Whenever this character becomes stunned, it cannot be KO'd during the recovery phase this turn. - Designed by banstylejbo
Help: Use this power only if this card is in your resource row. - Designed by Luther Bob
Henchman's Union: When this Character Comes into play, pick an affiliation among cards you control. This Character can team attack and reinforce as if they were that affiliation. - Designed by ocb777
Honor: <text>. While this character is in combat with a character with equal cost, <text> is active. - Designed by Guglio
Intangibility: Pay Endurance equal to this cards cost. If you do, this character cannot be stunned this attack. Use only while in combat; breakthrough applies normally. - Designed by cassius335
Invincibility: Cannot be stunned by combat; breakthrough is still applied. - Designed by cassius335
Ki X: This card enters play with X Ki counters. This card gets +1/+1 for each Ki counter on it. - Designed by HeraldofDoom
Level-Up: When you recruit this character, and another character with the same name enters a KO'd pile from play due to uniqueness, put a +1/+1 counter on this character. - Designed by Guglio
Loyalty-Costly: To recruit this character, discard a character card that shares an affiliation with this character. - Designed by Luther Bob
Loot: When you loot a card, put it face-down on top of your loot pile. - Designed by Seph1roth5
Martial Artist <#>: Whenever this character is attacked by exactly 1 character, they get +<#>/+<#> for this attack. - Designed by icejaw19 and martiangreeny
Parasite-<Cost>: You may pay <cost>. If you do, equip this character card to a character in pay. This card is considered to be an equipment card, and the equipped character is considered to be a Host. - Designed by Guglio

If anyone can identify the unknown designers for me, I would appreciate it.
If you have developed, are developing, or know of a developed keyword, not on this list, please share it and I will update the list as needed.
When additional clarifications have been made on a fan-made keyword, I will include those in the next post.
If you want to make helpful, positive suggestions on how to clean up, clarify or fix a fan-made keyword, please post below, and please, be polite.
(note 1) I left out 2 of Luther Bob's as they were repetitive of existing keywords.
Invincibility
(1. "This" cannot be stunned by combat; breakthrough is still applied.
1b. This can still be stunned by effect.
1c. If "this" is stunned, Stun Endurance Loss is not applied.)
Loot
(1. When you loot a card, put it face-down on top of your loot pile.
1b. Your loot pile follows the same rules as your deck in that you can't reorder it or look through it. And, if you search through it, shuffle it afterwards.
2. Whenever you loot a resource, that player puts the top card of his deck into his resource row face-down.)
2. If "this" attacks or defends against a "that" who "can't be stunned", including other characters with Invincibility, then "this" ignores that "Can't be stunned" effect and can stun "that" in combat; "That" is still protected from stun by effect, though.
2b. If "that" also has Invincibility, the same effect will occur in reverse; two characters with Invincibility battling each other will essentially cancel each other out.
2c. If a character with Invincilbility team attacks a defender who "can't be stunned" (including a defender with invincibility), only the team attackers with Invincibility count for determining whether or not the defender stuns.
2d. If the team attack has been modified to cause breakthrough, all team attackers count for calculating breakthrough.)
I actually took all of this out of the invincibility rules. Decided it was too much for one keyword.
As for the list, you're missing:
Supply X: (this card can use X equipment) by Guglio
Vitality: (When an opponents character is stunned, <text>) by Guglio and Kaku Fan.
And thank for starting this. We need one of these.
Reincarnation: This character is unique by version instead of by name.
Level-Up: When you recruit this character, and another character with the same name enters a KO'd pile from play due to uniqueness, put a +1/+1 counter on this character.
Parasite-<Cost>: You may pay <cost>. If you do, equip this character card to a character in pay. This card is considered to be an equipment card, and the equipped character is considered to be a Host.
Support: Tag keyword for triggered effects.
Ravaged: <Text>. When this character enters combat, you may pay endurance equal to it's cost. If you do, <text> is active.
Pokepower: <Text>. When this character enters combat, flip a coin and call it. If you win the flip, <text> is active.
Honor: <text>. While this character is in combat with a character with equal cost, <text> is active.
Parasite-<Cost>: You may pay <cost>. If you do, equip this character card to a character in pay. This card is considered to be an equipment card, and the equipped character is considered to be a Host.
Support: Tag keyword for triggered effects.
I added those, but these two I think need some clarification.
When you equip a character as an equipment using parasite, what effect does it have? Does it add its power and toughness to the attached character? Does it give its printed abilities to the attached character? I think this one needs a little clarification.
And Support, are you saying that the keyword itself has no ability, but other abilities and lot twists require it?
I have some thoughts in regards to this keyword: "Intangibility: Pay Endurance equal to this cards cost. If you do, this character cannot be stunned this attack. Use only while in combat; breakthrough applies normally. - Designed by cassius335"
I do not think this truly shows the extent of the ability. I believe something more like this would be more appropriate:
"Intangibility: Pay endurance equal to this cards cost. If you do this card cannot be stunned by damage. If you use this at anytime other then when this card is being attacked, lose endurance equal to this cards cost again. If breakthrough would be applied, it is applied as normal."

Nah, that'd overcomplicate it. The idea is to essentially pay the SEL in advance in order to keep the card on the field.
People buy licensed replicas for many reasons. Among them are nice shiny certificates of authenticity, nice display cases, and a feeling of prestige. But what really is the difference between a licensed replica and a fan made replica?
you are very wise for a spambot. In a post-apocalyptic world, what defines 'licensed'? No tournaments, no prizes. Until such time as we make our own again, there's no difference.
