If you are the victim of a successful CC attack and have both counter attack and thundel blow, do these stack? Counter attack says you can immediately make a close combat attack. Thunder Blow says that when given a close combat action with a single opposing figure you get the benefits.... So if someone hits you once does this mean that you can continually beat them with your counter attack until you miss? If so this could be the greatest combat ability duo ever... Imagine killing a dragon or a titan on their own turn!
The most damage you can do with Thunderblow is your base damage +3, so while some beefy figures can do a lot, I think really the max damage you're gonna see done with this is 7 or 8, not enough to kill a Titan; and that assumes you don't miss any of your Thunder Blow rolls (which you would need to do max damage).

not really.
C.A. says that you can make one miss you with a cc attack, you can make a immediate close combat attack as written.
T.B says the Give a close combat action blablabla thing.
Close combat action and close combat attack are two separated things, so you can't use both special abitiles together (similar case to Charge and Weapon Master), once CA gives you a free close combat attack, not a free close combat action agains the target.
BUT on other situation.
When one miniature with counter attack IS hit by other with using Thunder Blow, the one with counter attack always will have it's counter attack, because thunder blow says to continue attacking (geting +1 damage each hit) until you miss. When you miss, they get a counter attack.

Ok, you can still attack to get critical hits and increase the damage.

The TB attacker can stop the additional attacks in order to ''disable'' the foe's counterattack.

Ok, true, but your chances of getting a Critical Miss and hurting yourself in the process is the same, so I don't know if it's worth it at that point (especially since if you have the +3 you're already laying on some massive hurt).

Indeed, you are never forced to continue attacking, you can stop whenever you like.
"COUNTERATTACK: Replace the text with the following:
(optional) After this warrior is the target of an unsuccessful close combat attack made by an opposing target figure in its front arc, it can immediately make a close combat attack against the target. This warrior may use a single special ability which requires a close combat action (except Charge), but is not given an action token for using Counterattack."
It turns out, you can thunderblow the dickens out of something that attacks you and misses. Just try not to use it on a figure that also has CA and TB because you might miss and then they'll CA you and if they miss then you can CA them, and then it just starts to get confusing.
I still think two figures with dual counterattack attacking each other is the biggest rules mental cluster mind#### you can make for yourself.
"My figure's counterattack counterattack's your counterattack's counterattack of my figures counterattack on your counterattack's counterattack......."

It can get REALLY messy if one of the figure's has DOUBLE counterattack (from a relic or something).
Man, Outwit is an ability I want to put on custom figures soooooo badly, but I'm really not sure if its fair to do so.
I mean, the cost for it was worked out in the old PCAF. I'm not sure if its existence in the game would break anything, so I've kept my custom figures to conventional MK stats.
