If barrry allen attacks that triggers A power up from batman justice shadow. So lets say i take out one character with flash.. He gets power up x1 so he now sporting 12-10

Next attacks another character getting another power up so now at x2 13-11.

REadys after each attack per his power that says ready if powered up while attacking.

Can barry allen now attack and ready against Ganthet lets say who has 10-17. HE cannot hit flash but flash doesnt hit him. But flash can ready and get powered up every time he attacks.
Is this legit?
I understand he cant attack player directly because he causes no breakthrough.
But he sure can clean up the board.

This would not work because power-ups only last for the attack. So after he makes his first attack and readies the first +1/+1 goes away. Simply put power-ups aren't permanent and only stack during the attack. Once combat is over the power-up fizzles.
