Yeah i been running this deck with the cards i have listed for almost a year now. with a change or 2 every now and then. but i know i cant ditch some of the cards he's suggesting do to the fact that some of the cards he listed no one will trade or is using.. i'll try and get what i can tho
Ok, I really had to look at the effects again and try to understand what you were going for. Seems like you are looking for an infinite ATK booster via things like Avatar, Megamorph, Union Attack, and a lot of special summoning to get the Avatar, Obelisk, or other high level beaters out.
But its scattered and distracted by various side strategies and individual effects that block your access to the key.
Start by dropping anything that relies on luck (Kryuel and Cup of Ace).
Next, you have a lot of traps to protect your equips and traps. But you only have one or two that are worth even attempting to protect. Namely Megamorph or Nightmare Wheel. So why bother when it would be more effective to use removal to open up their field, simplify the game state and knock out their LP simply?
You have a ton of 2 card combos that do wow things together, but are unsupported by the rest of the deck. That means that you are going to have a horrible time getting any consistency in having those effects work their magic. for ex: 1 Ring of Defense + 1 Nightmare Wheel. What else is helping that out? How do they help streamline the rest of the deck?
Demise is another one. I run a Demise deck and trust me, you REALLY need to support it better than 1 End of the World and 1 Phantom of Chaos. You need the exact level of tributes, the spell, and the Ritual all together or you are dead in the water.
It keeps going like that because there are simply too many good ideas that are left dangling out there competing with each other for the next draw.
I'd pick 1 big Tribute monster like Avatar, Obelisk, Necrofear, OR even Raviel and then drop the distractors. Gaap and Vanity are sick fun, but are either more important or less important than the big boys. You choose.
I like the idea of taking 3 Avatar, 3 Goblin King, some DW special summons, more stable draw power like Allure and DW Dealings, support cards like Inferno Reckless Summoning for the GKings, tribute power like Fires of Doomsday for Avatar and boost for the Kings; Megamorph and Union Attack, Phantom of Chaos, Great Maju Garzette, and even some Tuners to get you access to Hundred Eyes Dragon: all those can give you additional power boost.
And that's just ONE avenue available for you to flesh out. The current deck has about 7 different possible decks (that I counted on a brief look) you can build individually so that each are more streamlined and focused.

to all those who are and have been replying i thank you. I am writing down the card lists you have so graciously listed in my thread. tonight is hobby shop night and i'ma go out and get cards for the decks that are listed and try them both out since i'm loaded with dark world stuff XD... anyways. thank you all that have chose to help me with this. and squid i have read your thread and i'm keeping your advice in mind m8. maybe we can duel sometime via YVD or yugioh 2010 on ds? ^^;;;;
I finally figured out something. instead of making 2 different decks to try them out and see which one is better. i decided to combine the best of the 2 and make 1 whole. I'm about to post the best form that i think would work.
