I would like some help with this deck. As of late I have been losing and I have no idea why.. If anyone can help or give advice on it, it would be greatly appreciated.

x2 nightmare penguin- you have 3 penguin soldiers so it is probably better to have just one of the two..and your monsters will get that 200 boost from umi that he gives you.
x1 mermaid knight-most likely not needed

x1 umi- ALO would be better for summoning monsters

x1 curse of royal- wouldn't dark bribe be better?
x1 magic jammer-better to have something that can destroy both magic and traps and you lose a card from the hand with it
x3 metal reflect slime -you have a lot of monsters so this many isn't necessarily needed
x1 ordeal of traveler-if you aren't constantly drawing they'll know what is in your hand
x1 shadow spell-ALO gives a 200 boost and you are trying to summon high attack monsters so it is most likely not needed.
x1 tornado wall-umi needs to be on the field and since it is a trap it cannot be played right away (so 2 cards and if umi gets destroyed both are destroyed)
I'm not very good at doing this but hopefully I can somewhat help.
By the looks of it too you are trying to focus on at least three different strategies: defense position, using Superancient deepsea king coelacanth's effect and Orca's effect.
In order to pull off Orca's effect you'd most likely need a few more searchers (to get canonball and torpedo to the hand)..and a something like another salvage to get them back to the hand and repeat...The problem with him is that he relies a lot on Umi (for a no tribute)and getting those cards to your hand to pull of his effect.
Mobius is probably more reliable than torpedo fish since on his normal summon he can destroy cards rather than depending on a card to be there. Also, using cards that destroy your monsters gives you less of a chance to play a card like cloudian eye of the typhoon
Maybe something like oyster meister and fish depth charge would help for destroying and drawing another card and it could be combined with coelacanth's effect.
Also, if it works, forgotten temple of the deep may be able to be used to send monsters that deepsea king summons from play and, if it works, have them regain the ability to use their effect or attack when they come back.
