I came 3rd in my local not to long ago with this build though it still has a few things that need to change care to help out?

Maybe a Dark Hole instead of Vortex? A Mirror Force and Threatening Roars instead of the Sakuretsu Armors and Scarecrow? Mirror Forces are easy to get now they are common (Marik Structure Deck)

First thing,Pot of Avarice is going to clash with Dark Armed Dragon and the 2 Chaos Sorcerer;PoA needs monsters in the grave,DaD & Chaos need to remove monsters,definite clash.But then again,PoA can help balance the Darks in the grave for DaD's summoning.
I'd also reccomend,like Corran,dropping the Vortex for Dark Hole,since Hole has no cost and doesn't have to kill two monster's to break even and since Hole isn't be screwed by the ever-present Book of Moon.
Traps,I'd go basicly the same route previously suggested:
- Scrap Iron Scarecrow
-2 Sakuretsu Armor
-1 Call of the Haunted(a bit slow for LS)
+1 Mirror Force
+1 Torrential Tribute
+2 Dimensional Prison/Threatining Roar

Or with some like variation.
