Return from the Different Dimension would give you a chance to swarm the field and make more use of Phoenix Blade's removal;however, you run 1 SJ and 2 SW,so maybe it wouldn't be good.
Another thing I'll throw out is Raigeki Break in for PWWB.My reasoning here is that I've found spinning cards, like with Raiza,to be ineffective in a lot of situations and that I would've rather removed/destroyed the card instead of spinning it.
I had the random idea of trying out The Tricky in this deck. Discard Phoenix Blade to summon The Tricky and then return it to my hand by emptying out my Graveyard. The main concern I have with this idea is that The Tricky isn't a Warrior, so it's something that could get stuck in my Graveyard and make my Guardian Eatos worthless.
Anyone have any Eatos they are looking to get rid of =)
Hmmm, I forgot that Elemental Hero Heat was a Pyro monster and not a Warrior. That puts a little damper on my mood. It looks like I need to replace Heat with a Warrior E-Hero am I missing anything? It looks like my options are:
Sparkman
Clayman
Wildheart
Prisma
Out of that list I might have to go with Wildheart even though I'm not crazy about it.
I've still got a million different ideas for this deck and I just can't settle on what I want to try out first. I still need one or two more D.D. Sprites, but I've been thinking about messing around with a single copy of D.D. Destroyer, which is surprisingly a Warrior, and Phantom Skyblaster.
Phantom Skyblaster seems more interesting to me than D.D. Destroyer since I can summon it, generate a token, and then Special Summon D.D. Sprite by removing the token. At this point I can either synch for a Level 5 or 9 Synchro depending if I have D.D. Survivor on the field. My only concern is that I may start forcing Guardian Eatos out of the deck if I don't have a reliable way of keeping my Graveyard clear of monsters. Obviously the more non-Warriors I have in here the harder I'm going to have to lean on Skull Lair to keep my Graveyard clean, unless I add in something like Bazoo. Hmmm.
Edit: I completely change directions on this deck. Now I need to get my hands on a lot of cards so I can try it out and fine tune it.
I'm pretty sure I am going to go with Pot of Duality over Gold Sarcophagus in this deck. Sarco is great but this deck needs to set up early an Pot of Duality does a much better job of digging for Dimensional Fissure/Macro Cosmos than Gold Sarcophagus does. The only time I'm really going to Special Summon Guardian Eatos early in the game is if I have Solemn Judgment or something else set to fend off the threat of Dark Hole or any other mass removal.
The deck probably needs to be running Return From the Different Dimension. Most likely I'll cut Raigeki Break for it but I want to see how things progress before making that call.
I'm seriously considering replacing the two copies of Rose, Warrior or Revenge in this deck with Genex Ally Birdman. It removes itself from play so I don't have to worry about it ending up in my Graveyard and with it's effect I can reuse Stratos. Seems interesting.
I'm finally getting my second copy of Eatos so I'm excited to really be able to play this deck. I haven't done any heavy testing yet so I'm not sure where I need to tweak things.
I'd love to be able to add another Warrior that can be Special Summoned but nothing is coming to mind other than Spell Striker right now. There has to be something I'm missing. I really want another option that I can drop, bounce to my hand with Birdman and then drop again. I'll have to do some more searching.
Decided to go with Gemini Scorpion here since I can use it to drop a Gemini monster and then bounce it back to my hand with Birdman so I can do it all over again next turn. Seems decent, we'll see how it works out.
