*whistles* Looks pretty solid. I was thinking that this army might be a little vulnerable to autodamage, but you are packing two healers so you should be okay. Your only 'major' pain dealer in the bunch in Mooch. Even a throttle worm swarm shouldn't be able to do too much to this build, considering the majority of your figs all have an easy breakaway. Yeah, I'd roll with that army. I'd probably win quite a bit too.
I like it; it looks a lot more versatile than a straight up tank, but that versatility definitely came with some costs. I'm a little uneasy about the lack of at least one solid, powerful charger, and the loss of the Fell, plus the general slowing down of the army (particularly the slow-as-molasses CP), might come back to bite you. I guess I'll reserve final judgment until I know which rules era you're playing in, though I will say, as a definite positive, that with Scarabet and Mooch the army doesn't just roll over against a Pyre Spirit!
If I were building it though I would change the CP for a ** and the SB for a **. The only reason is that with the EGM having command I prefer the stats on the ** CP on the click before demo. I like being able to push the CP if I have to and get back to a decent healing click with flight.
