Three Gearframes with two Fortresses doesn't work too well in my opinion. I'll echo Den's suggestion about the Card Troopers: remove 2 Gearframes and test 2 Troopers. However, they do have the potential to mill the card(s) you need. You could also try Swift Scarecrows as well.
I like that Chimeratech OTK has some potential again, but Chimeratech Overdragon is absolutely ruined by Effect Veiler.
Now, I heard you mention that you wanted to see a Chimeratech OTK deck from '06-'07 as a reference point, even though the deck itself is outdated.
Even though the effect only has about a 25% chance of going off, Twin-Barrel Dragon is another option for a Dark Machine that could give you some removal.
Have you thought about trying Return from the Different Dimension in this deck? Could be a decent back up plan.
The 2 Mind Crush and Trap Dustshoot are perfect to counter your opponent's Veilers and possible Faders....I'm really glad Mind Crush is back to two.
Another option for the deck will be Cyber Larva, which is being released in Legendary Collection 2; it'll help fill the grave, thin the deck, and protect you from battle damage.
