Bringing back infernity this format. I'm generally aware of tour guide, but its a variant I'm not sure is worth following. I intended to side debunk where I need to, but since this is a destruction format, I thought to maximize the destructive aspects in this build. Storm and MST, plus dark hole and Vortex helps to keep the board clear. I decided that counter traps are the way to go here. Dark End Dragon, Infernity Doom Dragon and Hundred Eyes Dragon arm my major players along with Red Nova as a finisher.
Many are going with tour guide, and that's great. However, I'm feeling that xyz doesn't reallty fit really tough for infernity, but I'm considering siding a few utopia or leviair or no 17 into the sideck.
That's funny I just updated my Infernity deck this afternoon. I don't have any of the extensive Xyzs and Tour Guides aren't even on my radar right now.
I went in a slightly different direction, running two Dark Grepher, two Mirage, two Avengers and One For One. I'm interested to see how the Beetles work for you.
I'm also running Infernity Break instead of Infernity Force. I'm not sure which is a better call right now. Both are worth considering.
I know you are focusing more on destruction but it still seems like Foolish Burial is a must here to drain your hand and set up your combos. The only other thing that stands out to me is the absence of Plaguespreader Zombie. I'm assuming this was a conscious decision, just curious what the thinking behind it was.
I just didn't see plague spreader zombie being worth its use in this build. While working on this concept I thought plague spreader would bring something very valuable to the table. However, in hindsight I noticed that the plague spreader zombie would not add many dimensions to an already limited play style deck. Therefore, I decided that plague spreader zombie would only see play if the synchro monsters in this deck required its use. however, I am working on getting foolish burial at it into the main deck. only because I want to get street patrol into the graveyard or infernity necromancer into the graveyard as quick as possible otherwise dark grepher would beat at 2 and armageddon night at 1. However, because armageddon knight is a easier play it becomes foolish burial times 3. if I were to run infernity destroyer then it would make sense to run 3 grephers in this deck or at least 2. I'm still wandering as to whether IDD to the board
