Does anyone have any advice for this? I have heaps of cards, and was just planning on using small post-its/stickers to attached gear or pilots to my older mechs, using their point value to approximate to which class they belong. Is there anything official on this to help?

I also have the [house] rules that named units can not attach named pilot cards. They can have generic pilot cards (i.e. expierance or new training).
Example you could have "Dagger" Di. She could have a Medium class pilot but not Margaret Yager attached to her.

Have fun finding new combos to play with.

Here's a tip I've found really useful. Hit up your local pharmacy, walmart, or any other place where a woman would buy hair care products. Track down the area where they would by scrunchies and other junk. You should be able to find some amazingly tiny rubber bands they use to hold pony and pig tails. These are great for using cards on DA mechs. Wrap one (or two, 1 lower, 1 higher) of these over your heat dial and you have a nice little tab holder.
So far thats the only upside I've found of having a 6 year old daughter.

I know the ones you're talking about - I reckon those tiny rubber bands that folks use for braces would also work.

I've had a heck of a time with the little paddles breaking, so I just use skinny post-its now. They're also much easier to see, so I no longer have the problem of forgetting to add my +1 attack, or whatever it is I'm trying not to forget!
