Was there ever any official corrections to the Storm Dragonform? My guess is that all the dials are in the right place, but the attack symbols for the front and back were switched (wand should be on the front, sword on the back). Also, did all of them come without the lines to separate the sides?

I never came across any official rules. To my knowledge they all came with a backwards top of the dial as well as not having any lines.

In fact, someone on another MK site described how to fix the top. I beleive it was on a forum associated with some sort of a dungeons site regarding crawling or something like that. ;-)
