Overwatch and Vagabond Brotherhood Adventuring Company = "Pseudo Bound"
OVERWATCH (optional) Give this warrior a ranged combat action, but do not choose any targets, determine any lines of fire, or make any attacks. Give this warrior an action token and an Overwatch token. At the beginning of your next command phase, remove the Overwatch token; this warrior can resolve the ranged combat action it was given on its last turn.
Vagabond Brotherhood Adventuring Company
(Optional) At the beginning of your command phase, give a single member a move action; this does not use one of your actions for the turn. This move action may not result in the member being in base contact with an opposing figure. For all other purposes, the member is treated as if it were given a move action.
Give the range figure overwatch with even no opponent within range.
On the next turn, Given that "both occur at the beginning of your command phase", you can then assign the Vagabond Brotherhood movement first, and then resolve the Overwatch portion to shoot.
This strategy works best with a fellow leadership figure or Cloak of the Martyr wielding figure nearby. Works great on Cavalry Figures with Overwatch (native or enchantment)

Even better:
Gate Shield Relic - Have a friendly figure wielding Gate Shield do the Vagabond Brotherhood move action to base the Overwatch figure and teleport him to a owned token and then resolve Overwatch.
Stonewarp (Solonavi enchantment) - When the target is in base contact with blocking terrain and is given a move action, it may move into base contact with any blocking terrain feature. *Assign the Vagabond Brotherhood Movement to the Stonewarp enchanted Overwatch Figure in base contact with a blocking terrain. You can then teleport to ANY Blocking terrain and then resolve Overwatch.
That's a sick and twisted way bend the rules to your own benefit. I like it. Especially the bit with stone warp.
I seem to have a knack for that.
This tactic also allows you to Move and shoot essentially with the Spiritbane Relic (Wielder's range value becomes 12in and may target ghostform but not allowed to use bound or mounted bound)
