I cannot seem to find the old threads about customs, repaints and mods. I'd also want to look at the old photos just for nostolgia and creative inspiration.

I am looking for information on what is the best way to remove factory paint from mech 'clix and suggestions on modding.

I have already tried using acetone on mech clix but it does not work well. Does anyone have any good recommendations or experiences with stuff like mineral spirits or paint thinner or other methods?

On the other hand, acetone does work well on heroclix to strip them of factory paint so they can be primed and modded.
