Hi just want to know what are the specific cards that were given the "24 inches" rule in conquest.

I'd have to look at all the cards again, but any card that doesn't have a range restriction built in would be affected. If I recall, this would include Book of Lightning. There are also some spells that normally affect the whole battlefield, that now only work within 24" of the caster.

If I remember right, Snow's Fuser Rifle, however, has a 36 inch range built in. Even though this is bigger than 24 inches, this range is built in so is not affected.

The purpose was because in a regular game, while 24 inches isn't the whole battlefield corner-to-corner, for figure that are anywhere near the middle it essentially does cover the whole battlefield. The items were designed with this smaller area in mind. Since conquest has a much bigger playing field, the restriction was dded to keep some of these otherwise infinite-range relics from being too dominant.
