Would Superman get the +1 bonus from the Justice League ATA?

I found an old thread saying the source of the modifier matters. It was discussed that special objects that give +1 to stats would not work, since the object is is the source, not Superman. Would this same logic apply for ATAs?

Does the ATA come from his dial or another characters dial with KC TA? No, it does not so he does not get the bonus.

You could practically call it KC Justice League home turf.
Opponents shoot into the ring with a -2 to attack, Superman and the KC JL don't have that problem shooting out of the ring. Add to that the crazy high defenses most of the KC JL have plus the evade roll from the T.A. You'll have a big edge on your opponent until they make it to the ring sniping them before their big guns get to you.
