Might be a easy question to answer but I wasnt to sure. Can psylocke possibly sidestep then shoot with precision strike. After this for FREE her psychic bow? Is she able to use incapitate or Penetrating physic blast for free after the first attack?

I'm kind of at loss about what you asking here.
Her Psychic Bow is a regular Incapacitate, accept the target.
She can use in conjugation with Precision Strike as long as she targets only character.
If she get Sidestep from some source (she doesn't hae Sidestep on any of clix on whuich she has Psychic Bow) she can use Psychic Bow after Sidestep since Sidestep is FREE action.

At no point is Psychic Bow a FREE action, unless she under some effect that grants her RANGE or CLOSE action as free action (for example she gains Runnig Shot or Charge from some source).

So, you're probably talking about the #020.1 version?



The FREE action is only used to choose the power. To activate the chosen power she would still need to be given a RANGE action. So no, you can't attack twice in one turn with her.

Her Psychic Bow is a trait and her special movement power includes Sidestep, so she actually has that combo on every click.

Oh i misread Psychic Bow to be her Movemnet power.

Ok cool. Yes I figured it had to be free to choose the incap or physic blast. I was confused if she still needed a range action to use it.
