Looking for the simplest of answers here folks. Whatchayall think?
Danger Room Magneto's Trait
Special DANGER ROOM CONSTRUCT: When Magneto makes an attack, after resolutions give him an Error token for each [1] in the attack roll (maximum 3). // If Magneto has 2 or less Error tokens, characters take a maximum of 1 damage from Magneto's attacks, Magneto takes a maximum of 1 damage from opponent's attacks, and he can't be healed or chosen for Mastermind. Protected: Pulse Wave.
Nimrod's Trait
Running Comparative Evaluation of Reference Data: When Nimrod is attacked and would be hit, you may roll 2d6. If your roll is equal or higher than the attacker's attack roll, Nimrod evades that attack and after resolutions deal the attacker damage equal to their printed damage value.

1. When any of these constructs are piloting a vehicle is their trait is turned off and they can use normal powers and apply their printed or replaced (BFC-Sabretooth) damage values onto their hit targets correct regardless of how many error tokens they have?
2. If a piloted vehicle with the Danger Room Magneto takes a shot at Nimrod and Nimrod out rolls Magneto...is the SHIELD FLYING CAR dealt Magneto's damage value since it was replaced to be the actual number and printed value your calculating on or is it 0---which seems like such a huge loophole?
3. Is Magneto capable of getting error tokens while piloting a vehicle?

1. No, they are off the map so their traits don't apply. And no, Sabretooth replaces his damage value when he uses BCF so you can't use that for every attack if he is a pilot, but you can give the vehicle an action to be able to use his blades.
From page 14 of the comprehensive rulebook:
If a Vehicle has a pilot, it has “FREE: Choose a standard attack or standard damage power its pilot can use. This vehicle can use the chosen power but can’t use its displayed attack or damage powers until your next turn.”
2. Vehicles are the ones making attacks, not the pilot, so anything relating to retaliation or feedback (Nimrod, Mystics, etc) is applied to the vehicle, not the pilot. However, Nimrod's trait is based on the printed value, so the car would take its own damage value of 0.
3. No. Same reason as before, Magneto isn't making the attack, the vehicle is.
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????
1. The constructs aren’t making the attack. The vehicle is making the attack. The vehicle can be given a FREE to replace its attack, damage, and range value with its pilot’s values. So the vehicle would be able to use Magneto’s 12 Attack, 4 damage, and 8 range.
2. Nimrod’s trait deals with printed damage value. So the SHIELD Flying Car would be dealt 0 damage because it’s printed damage value is 0. Replacements and modifiers do not apply to printed values.
3. Since the vehicle is making the attack and not the construct, the construct would not be able to get error tokens while it is piloting the vehicle.
