Running two of these is almost a MUST for Romulan teams. A smoke cloud every turn PLUS obscuring markers letting your Romulans ALWAYS have stealth. Smoke cloud in front of your team so anyone based gets the -1 smoke effect. Very well worth a mere 25 points each, enhancement is a bonus. These guys will get targeted first for sure so plan accordingly.
