The ability to team up with Klingons gives SO much utility to Romulan teams. Also being able to move anyone that hits you can also really annoy your opponent. Move them to base with someone else or simply just place them away from you or out of hindering terrain. On an all stealth team if they dont have sidestep or charge it can be really rough for them.
