3I like the Legion, and there is a few remakes I would love to have and the biggest glaring omission from their lineup to finally show up on both the hero and villain side.
Remakes
1. Element Lad in his black outfit with the green arrow. Circa 1980's timeline.
2. Dream Girl in her all white/ silvery outfit.
Missing
1. Light Lass, can we finally get her made Wizkids? Classic version only.
Villains
1. Nemesis Kid, my favorite LSH baddie who gave Superboy a black eye has never been made.
Villain Remakes
1, 2, 3. Lightning Lord, Saturn Queen, Cosmic King all badly need remade.
Bouncing boy modifies his breakaway +3? Breakaway succeeds on 4-6, so he always breaks away. Why not just use that phrase instead?
Could be a couple reasons. One is he might intend the +3 modifier to also offset negative modifiers like Plasticity, without outright saying he breaks away automatically. And he might also intend a 1 will always fail. Could use clearing up though.

These versions are mainly for a somewhat more competitive but "thematic" higher point game.
I've never used the "Simpler Time" lower point versions of JSA so I'm not sure how well they work in practice.

To counter plasticity, it seems like they are trying to phase out automatic breakaway. Only fails to breakaway on a roll of 1 would probably be better.
Really like the Cosmic Boy. I mean incap is one of my favorite things in heroclix. I love what you've done with Karate Kid. Brainiac is very well done. The stop click is very nice. Lightning Lad is much improved over what we have.
Actually, they're all good, and I would take any of these over any Legionnaire WK's made.

A tremendous amount of the Legion in the past have problems of being glass jaw, all fliers, and over costed (some even at introduction). I'm trying to make them good for themselves and their keyword...its a fun challenge especially since it appears next month the most recent "main" Legion member dials will be 6 years old.

They don't.
I mean, they were uber-efficient (but not flavorful or fun) when they first appeared because you could chain a 20 defense and then pull a crazy shenanigan afterwards (like rerolling 1 of the two attack dice).
But then WK smashed Defenders, JSA, BE, and Sin/Syn requiring adjacency only (no chaining) and their special traits became garbage.
Steal Energy is cool - but if I have to replace an 11 attack with a 9 to get it, it is a waste.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
These would be remakes of Legion close combat beat sticks.

Ultra Vision- Ultra Boy has a range value of 8 and can use Improved Targeting: ignores hindering terrain, ignores and destroys 1 blocking terrain, can make ranged attacks against adjacent and non adjacent characters , and Ultra Boy can use Running Shot, Psychic/Penetrating Blast, Energy Shield/Deflection and Range Combat Expert.

-If the terrain was Blocking or a wall - Quislet makes a close combat attack for free as if he occupied that square and his damage becomes 3.
-If the terrain was Water; Quislet makes a free close combat attack with Quake as if he occupied the square.
-If the terrain is hindering he can make a close combat attack as if he occupied the square with Incapacitate.
-If the terrain was Elevated terrain Quislet can use Force Blast for free as if he occupied the chosen square.
