If a character has a special ability that says Protected:Outwit does that mean that all of their abilities cannot be outwitted or just that specific combat ability? I'm using X-Men Animated Juggernaut as an example....

Juggernaut actually has PROTECTED -then lists Incap, Mind Control, Outwit & Pulse wave. The PAC lists PROTECTED as "This character can’t be targeted or damaged by the specified effect(s). If this character was targeted by the effect, the effect’s duration (if any) immediately expires. If the specified effect is Outwit or Pulse Wave, their “can’t be used” doesn’t apply to this keyphrase.

Do persue the PAC for easy reference to PROTECTED versus Protected.
