THINGS ARE ABOUT TO GET REAL MESSY: Incapacitate. When Trapster uses it, you may generate a Paste marker in each hit target's square. // Characters occupying Paste markers must break away as if they were adjacent to Trapster. When no character occupies a Paste marker, remove it.
Can you taxi or TK a figure away from the paste marker, or it can only breakaway to get away from it?
I believe there's precedent on several other past pieces. If the character would need to break away is the only time they'd roll breakaway, if they could be otherwise placed, they do not have to break away.
