Perplex, Outwit, Prob... if taken from the right source, she can make use of the range values just fine.

So if she stole pulsewave would that ignore her battle Fury?

With the Advent of smaller maps and low speed values and range values, I think she has maintained her value even with power creep. Without a doubt, she has the best pick a power of any Rogue made so far, and her combat values remain respectable alongside the great assortment of standard powers of her own.
