Awhile back I made a thread for Metal Gear series clix, and while I suppose I could thread necro, I decided to try something different here.
This thread will "attempt" to make dials that are compatible with the current/new rules as much as possible, including the use of Role Tags, new power changes, and roughly current dial design/point cost models.
I would appreciate, when possible, some critiques or criticisms in case I make mistakes as I haven't fully got my head around those rules yet.
Starting off with a dial for a major antagonist from Metal Gear Solid.

DESIGN NOTES: Squabbler's recent thread for Alien/Predator/Terminator figures had a pretty slick idea for a mini-gun's brutal rapid-fire in attacking until you miss, it was way too hard not to use that kind of idea here...so I did it.
Hi there, friend! I confess, I was a lurker on your last MGS series thread, and I loved it, especially what you did with Fortune, and I'm fascinated to see your dials here. I played MGS TS-3 and watched the cutscene movies for all the other games in the series, and everything seemed to work beautifully.
Just about everybody feels pitch-perfect! Like, everything I could possibly want from Liquid, Solid, Raiden, Colonel, Otacon, Sniper Wolf (holy crap, jeepers. Fave of mine from MGS), and the generic soldiers. Smart, slick, accurate-feeling stuff!
My only question is if Psycho Mantis should be more powerful for the points, like maybe he can pick his Click number, has traited Mind Control, etc.
Haha ...or maybe he can screw with some base mechanics like how opposing players can make actions/etc. unless they do the Heroclix equivalent of swapping the controller port

Nice to have some visible interest in the dials, wasn't sure anyone paid much attention to them or had any critiques, positive or negative, for them. I'm just one of those people who thinks no response means a lack of interest. Also nice to hear the majority of figures to date in the thread are considered on-point.
I did consider making some of FOXHOUND more powerful or have more points to budget stronger designs, but when I made Mantis' dial I made it fairly stand-alone for the April dial contest and didn't adjust it from that design when it got so many votes, and won the third round.
I also was planning to make the main members of FOXHOUND similar points to each other to fit a round team number, but Vulcan Raven kind of lends to a very sturdy dial for how hard he is to put down and how hard he hits when he spots you.
