So many things.
1: With the bigger figure size and this being giant, I hope it ends up roughly the size of Minotaur/Ferdinand.
2: I am more inclined to be ok with this than I am with Super Friends, just because of the accessibility. If you're going to make the slots on the sideboard matter without paying points, then at least make it so that everyone can do something with it. We had allies so far, and now we get a figure that can just come out for free if you're getting rocked.
3: This is actually not bad for a cheap Incapacitate piece. 25 is a fine spot for point-filling. It will see over all the normal size characters and double-target at the standard 6 range. Extremely nice is its ability to come back after being wrecked. The use of the pronoun "they" here instead of "it" (since it's not sentient) even tells me that this is possibly a template for other characters, which seems very interesting. Filling out the sideline with cheap backup, when easily accessible and abundant, seems like an interesting game design.
Non-binary. Please refer to me in "they/them" pronouns. Thank you.
Win/Loss: 2-1 With Incap and 2 damage, I didn't expect much from the Sentinel. As a 0 point option, he performed better than expected. Coming in usually around turns 3 to 5 meant some pieces were injured and so its 11 attack was good for picking off those pieces close to death. In sealed, it was invaluable as a taxi and best of all, a reoccurring mastermind recipient. In constructed, it may still proves worthwhile especially if/when I Incap gets its much needed update.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
The only good thing this figure has going for it is that you can potentially bring it to the field for free. Incapacitate is one of the worst attack powers in the game at the moment. Leave it on your sideline and run the Dark Phoenix Saga Sentinels on their 25 point line. You'll find more offensive utility in those even with a random start line.
