A friend pointed out the errata change to Doom the Annihilating Conqueror's text that changes "Cosmic, Future, and Past" to "Cosmic, Future, or Past."

CONQUEROR OF TIMELINES from Units Section still needs fixing: During Force Construction, friendly characters with the Cosmic, Future, and Past keywords gain the Latveria keyword.

He was reading this change as the player's having to choose ONE of the three keyworded character types to gain Latveria.

I was reading it as all three now gain Latveria correctly, that the initial wording could have been misread to mean that eligible characters had to have ALL three keywords, not just one or two.

Which is correct as far as we know?

(A brief examination last night, when this was discussed, pointed out that Spider-Viking works the same way, specifying "Pirate OR Warrior.")

It is inclusive. If a friendly character has cosmic, future, or past keywords they gain Latveria.

The errata was indeed because some people were reading it as requiring all 3 keywords to gain Latveria.
