Is there a chart that explains which powers interact now?
So with all the rules changes and errata to powers. I'm getting confused which powers work together and which don't. Is there some kinda chart or diagram? Can you use Quake, CCE, Incap, Exploit Weakness, and Mind Control in one attack? Or do you have to choose between Incap, MC, or 2 penetrating damage?
I'm sorry. I'm just now laughing at how this was SUPPOSED to make things simpler. I have no answer for you sadly. I'd have to read each power to even take a stab at it.

Quake, Incap and MC all say "instead of normal damage" so you must choose one and only one of those effects to apply. Obviously, if you choose an option that doesn't DO any damage, then Exploit will have no effect. Exploit WILL make your Quake deal penetrating though.
Thanks. I was fairly certain that's how it worked but I like verification. It's basically the same as always just some powers are now reworded to not replace normal damage or used as their own thing but are enhancers. Thanks for link but I couldn't get it to work gave me an oops message. Do you have another link with similar info?
This is what it says, just in case:
12.4c “Instead of Normal Damage”
Some attacks don’t deal normal damage and use the phrase “instead of normal damage.” You deal the specified amount of damage, or apply the specified effect, instead of dealing (or dividing) the attacker’s damage value to the target(s).
If multiple optional effects that do something “instead of normal damage” would apply, the active player chooses one to apply and the others are ignored.
