Clarification Regarding New Rules on Hindering/Obscuring
Hello, thank you for taking the time to help me with this! I'm curious as to whether a barrier can be placed on the new hindering/obscuring green and white checkered terrain. I know in the past you weren't able to put blocking over anything but clear terrain(including water), at least to my knowledge, but with the big rule change I wanted to make sure this hadn't changed.
I checked the new comprehensive rulebook under terrain and standard powers but I wasn't able to find a specific answer, so I am humbly requesting help from the clix community once more! Thank you in advance and take care
Restrictions were in the PAC, no longer require Clear Terrain to place a Barrier token. This is one of my favourite 2021 change: no terrain restrictions AND the Barrier remains even if the power is lost!

Thank you so much for the prompt response, I had a feeling the PAC might have some more clarification, alas I have yet to secure one of the new ones! Kudos for posting the old ruling for it too, you answered questions I didn't know I had yet haha. Thanks again!
