The original version of this Storm was usable because of the free smoke. That's been changed to an attacking ability, but 10 attack is never going to hit anything. I don't think I'd want to use her Perplex on her, either. This does come with the bonuses of Leadership and extra passengers, but I think even with that, this piece doesn't justify the points. The stats were at least ok in the time, but I'd want this to drop to 30 before I'd consider using it.

Hey dudes, been a long time since I’ve posted/played heroclix. Trying to get back into it. Explain legacy cards to me. Please. Don’t flame me lol. Uncanny X-Men was the last time I played. I bought some Spider-Man Venom Absolute carnage boosters, but OP in my area is pretty much out because of Covid. This card looks like it goes with one of the Storms from Uncanny X-Men.
Yeah, I agree with Organous, UXM003 Storm was amazing because of free smoke, and in GA is arguably better now with no pushing dmg. But playing her as a tertiary attacker/meh support piece just isn't worth it. Play her as the original in GA or not at all, that's my advice.
Using a legacy card with the appropriate older GA/SA dial makes it modern legal and adds or changes traits, the dial cost and special powers to make them more modern competitive. The Legacy card supercedes the old dial where they don't agree.
If you look at the shiny holographic backing in the middle of the card the original set symbol is there. The card number in the top right beginning with "L" is the dial's number in the original set. In this case it's Storm's Legacy card for Uncanny X-Men #003.
In my experience, they are only included as extras for bricks. Haven't bought in a while, so maybe that's changed, but that's what I've encountered. You get a "box-topper" pack with one legacy card inside.
