Mobile: Marvel Puzzle Quest - Do you want to play Bejewelled?
Another 1K Posts in the bag. Here are the usual quick links (note: if you are using this post to create the next thread, please do NOT leave it as a quote - it makes it challenging to get the links into the thread after that)
UPDATES: I removed the link to the Seasons tracker, because (as the admin to the site) I can tell that no one was using it. I replaced it with the Power Index tool - which is a fabulous tool for Puzzle Gauntlet. I've also fixed the link for the Quest Milestone Reward list (which I spent some time fearful that d3Go had decided they didn't want that published and took down)
Got a 5* FLERKIN support from an advance support token!
Congrats!
Puzzle Gauntlet is for the Doja. I've got a 3* of them already and 4/5 doesn't really get me that much more for them, so I'm kind of EH on this gauntlet.

The specific support this go-round is not anything special, but scoring Advanced (gold) support tokens makes it worth it. Those do have a chance to score 5* supports. I think the odds are like 1:100, but still, with few chances to get the purple support tokens, the advanced ones are something.
I feel somewhat cheated on the new thread since I had gotten post #1000.
I waited. If you thought 4 hours was acceptable, let's discuss!

Oh, and 5* Storm makes this one a breeze.
She sure does. I've got Quake in there and, LOL, 2* Magneto to help feed her .... but Storm's doing the heavy lifting (Quake and Mags give me other colors to do something with)
New update has a batch-claim on the Legendary screen. Not sure how I feel about it. Yes, at the start of a horde-opening it would be useful, but I think I'll still be opening them one at a time. And, I assume, we'll have to for the CP-purchased tokens.

Can you get multiple bonuses when opening like that?

I would expect so.
OK, I'm looking for some mentoring here. Back when Okoye started pairing up with GladiaThor, I got very confused because I couldn't figure out hos the team worked offensively. I could see why it was good on defense, but I couldn't win with it. I eventually got someone to explain the importance of halving Thor, starting with the ramp going, as well as keeping Okoye up front.
For the longest time when Prof X/Onslaught started to become a thing, again, I couldn't figure out the real way to play. Oh, I would use Onslaught's blue to change colors and to get more match 4/5s and rely on Prof X to do some big damage with that .... but I NEVER thought to use Chuck's purple power to select ... PURPLE? Jubilee is, imo, one of the worst characters in the game and to choose her power seemed ludicrous. But, once I saw how it is the ultimate board shuffle, often gets its own match 4/5s and cascades ... now it's one of my favorite pairings.
So, Colossus/5witch .... I have a general sense of how it works but for the life of me I cannot win as reliably as I am thinking I should be able to. So -- can anyone explain the team to me, please? Who do I want tanking, what powers am I trying to get off, what choices might I be making (for 5witch's purple power), etc.

I am in no way a master but when one was boosted I chose Black. I need 6 black to fire Colossus's power, which can be pretty devastating. I read that Apocalypse is a good third. If you choose Apocalypse, people say to choose Yellow. Apocalypse's Yellow will already boost Colossus's passive yellow and you will be matching your opponent to death. However, it also matters who tanks which colors. It is my understanding that you want Colossus to tank Yellow and Black instead of Apocalypse.

O use Apoc, Colossus, and SWitch as my Shield Sim team. I have always gone with green or blue, but just because I don't have any green to fire and rarely do the blue.

Why green, especially since you don't have any active powers for it?
Halloween vault had a Carnage 4* in it (who feeds Doc Ock, one of my last 5* legacies) so I figured it was worth the 3750 to get 40 items. Got the cover as well as a total of 11 CP (after redeeming everything else). #satisfied
