This common Mr Fantastic really isn't that great, this team-up might give him a little more play since he now can utilize a large carry. He does offer cheap leadership so there might be some value here. Still i have to think there are better ways to spend 40 points.

Decent enough taxi ability, but they should have called it "Fantasticar."

EDIT: not a bad TUC, it does provide more use for this character.
