This is a stellar version of Cypher, at a low cost, that does a good job leveraging his tendency in the early comics to stick close to his classmates. I'm not sure I'd dedicate +5 points during construction just to have this figure equipped with a Sword, unless it was one that offered defensive abilities (Warlock, probably). This is definitely a figure that the XoS SR Abigail Brand will be considering recruiting for S.W.O.R.D.
