Is the Wonder Woman miniatures rulebook and PAC the most recent? I will be playing a ROC tournament in about a month and a half and I need to brush up on the rules. I know there have been new sets out since then but if I don’t have to make another $80.00 purchase right after buying a brick of Marvel Disney + What If?.

Soooo yes but, that "but" being that the Disney+ PAC leaves out about 1/3 of the keywords (and apparently, the X of Swords PAC repeats this). That makes the Empyre PAC the most recent complete one. AFAIK, the wording did not change for anything from Empyre to D+, they just... cut stuff out for whatever frakking reason. WW80 does not have the current wording on several powers compared to Empyre.

I ended up getting the Empyre miniature box game so I will have that PAC/rules set. Now I playing the waiting game for it and the Disney + brick.

We ran into this at a tournament the other day. We were using the Disney+ PAC, and a lot of the Colossal rules were missing, specifically the "willpower" roll.
