Will this card give battle fury even when it is not showing? after it is revealed and shuffled back to the deck?

Unless it is written that it can work in that way, the effects are active only if the Tarot Card is showing.

I have to check about your second question, but i would say that you don't have to shuffle it back in the deck if it is the one you revealed at the beginning of your turn.

I have a feeling that clause is future proofing against some way to cancel Tarot cards that hasn't been released yet.

I think it’s so that it still is effective on the turn for the player who didn’t draw it:

Player A draws the card
Player B hits one of Player A’s characters during their turn (let’s say a range character they would want to apply Battle Fury to).
The card would go away on Player A’s next turn, so it needs the added language so the effect stays.
