If a figure with multiple targets were equipped with this sword and successfully attacked multiple opposing figures with BCF, I have questions regarding the interpretation of the wording "…Mind Control as FREE but only to target a hit character."
At first glance, it looks simple. MC a hit character. Typically, WK is not super accurate in its use of language when it comes to capturing all the wrinkles of its rules. A friend had suggested that "a hit character" could mean multiple figures since WK assumes you are targeting a single figure with BCF with an equipped blade.
So the question is, can you MC multiple characters if you're multi-target BCF attack is successful?
Thanks in advance...
Dream BIG, but keep the small dreams around just in case...
Take a look at the power for Blades/Claws/Fangs. It states that you can only use it when targeting a single character.
BLADES/CLAWS/FANGS When this character makes a close attack against a
single target and hits, you may roll a d6. If you do, deal damage equal to the result instead
of normal damage. Minimum result is this character’s printed damage value -1.
It refers to their own BCF and doesn't combo with it from another source.
